Formation of contract

By sending a purchase order, you send us a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract, and you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You will receive an automatic reply from us with order confirmation to your email address. Please note that we may reject/cancel the purchase order even after the automatic order confirmation you received. The rejection/cancellation of the purchase order usually may be made only for various material reasons (restrictions to delivery to certain countries, absence of certain Goods etc.). Please treat this with understanding.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online, we accept credit cards and bank transfers. All transactions are in USD (United States Dollars). It usually takes a couple of seconds for money to arrive for a card payment and a few days for a bank transfer.

Final order price includes all costs except import taxes and duties, which are usually paid upon receipt of the goods. If you don't know your country's import terms, please contact your local customs office for the info.

Shipping

How long does it take for a parcel to arrive?

Orders are normally shipped in 2 business days once we receive a full payment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in [Hong Kong]. Delivery by the express carriers like DHL Express, UPS, TNT Express Battery and FedEx usually takes approximately 7 business days, Registered Mail and Airpost — 4-6 weeks. The shipping lead time may vary depending on the destination country. Please note, that the delivery date and delivery period specified by us are purely indicative and are not of the essence. You can contact us to know the exact shipping time for your order.

As soon as the order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Sometimes a product can be out of stock, you will then see «On backorder» status for this product. You can find the estimated shipping date in the product description.

What should I do if the shipping address is incorrect?

Contact us immediately when you find a mistake. After shipping the order, we can’t do anything about it.

Can I buy Emlid devices in my country?

Emlid has dealers all around the world. Go to the page with the list of dealers, find the desired product and see if somebody sells it in your country or nearby.

How can I receive the ordered Goods when it is delivered?

Only Buyer or a third party directly specified in the purchase order can receive the ordered Goods.

Please note, in order to avoid cases of fraud, when delivering prepaid Goods, the person delivering the Goods may request a document proving the identity of the recipient, as well as specify the type and number of the document provided by the recipient on the purchase order receipt.

Refund and replacement

How can I cancel my order?

Money will be refunded if you cancel your order during the first 2 hours after it was made. If the parcel was shipped we can only replace an item if it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.

What to do if the product is malfunctioning?

If device doesn’t work properly — contact us. We will help you with troubleshooting and will arrange a replacement, if needed. Warranty period is 60 days for Navio2 and Reach M+/M2, and 1 year for Reach RS+/RS2.
